ECTA will host four videolinq workshops in 2010.
Topics and presenters are negotiated through consultations with the QUT School of Early Childhood and the Children's Services section of TAFE Open Learning (TOL).
ECTA members are invited to attend. A flyer is emailed to all about one month before each session and details are posted on the website at the same time. An invitation is later extended to other Early Childhood professionals working with young children, TAFE Children's Services students, Early Childhood QUT students and QLD Health staff.
All sessions will be broadcast from the TOL Boardroom (cnr Cordelia & Peel Sts - South Brisbane). ECTA will also try to accommodate as many people as possible in a range of other locations across Queensland.
It will be possible to view the workshop in your own time using video-streaming. [For more information about this option see the Videolinq Workshops main page.]
All workshops will be recorded and made available as DVDs for ECTA members. They will also be made available to TOL and QUT students through their libraries.
When presenters provide resources related o their workshop there will be added here, or where appropriate, in the members' only area.
Please support ECTA and make the most of the opportunity to participate in this FREE professional development.
